The actual size of the silicone will be smaller than the option.

For example, the option '8mm',
The actual size of the silicone will be about 7mm ± 0.5mm,
Because when silicone is used, it needs to be heated, and it expands when it is heated.
If the silicone is just 8mm in diameter, it will break the wall when heated.

Option '8mm' actual diameter about about 7mm ± 0.5mm
Option '10mm' actual diameter about about 9mm ± 0.5mm
Option '12mm' actual diameter about about 11mm ± 0.5mm

In case of different product batches to the appearance and structure, no further notice, the real object shall prevail.

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfy customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are China-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery. 

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for order verification, payment confirmation, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-3 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For US-based deliveries shipped from China warehouse, it usually take anywhere from 15-20 days. If your product is sent from US warehouses, usually it is handled by USPS with estimated delivery 7-15 days domestically. For other international deliveries the shipping time may vary.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from your shipping confirmation email. If you don't receive your product within 60 days, please contact us via conact@wepcbuild.com.
