How long does the shipping take?
- Shipping starts after the processing time, averagely it takes 10-14 days. Please refer to the shipping and handling page for more information.
What if I want it earlier than that?
- We currently don't offer expatiated express shipping, please email contact@wepcbuild.com if you have such request.
When do you ship the orders from your warehouse?
- It takes a couple of days after the order is received before we ship your item, this is often refers to the processing time which usually takes anywhere 1 - 4 days. Please refer to the shipping and handling page for more information.
Where is my order shipped from?
- Our major warehouse is located in China, and we do have some suppliers are located in US.
I didn't receive and order confirmation email.
- Every order automatically sends a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder in case the email is received there.
- If still it is missing, please contact us and we will regenerate an email confirmation to you.
I didn't receive my package, tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive it.
- If we confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered, we are not responsible for the missing claims:
a. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with the official seal is necessary.
b. Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
a) Incorrect/insufficient Address.
b) No Such Number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No safe delivery location.
g) Uncleared customs.
h) Others.
Notes:
a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, We PC Build takes no responsibility if products have been lost.
b. We PC Build cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered order or package destroyed by logistics companies.
- If our shipping carrier and post office can not confirm the item was delivered, we'll usually just send you the item again.
- We believe in communication, please contact us so that we can find a solution for you in each situation you face.
When I click the tracking number from the shipping notification, I can not see any information.
- We use 17Track as a global tracking information, and it tracks the shipment all around the world. If your package is shipped from united states domestically for example, you will need to chose USPS as a carrier when you inquiry the tracking information from 17Track.
